For those who are
done with half-measures.

This is not a course. Not a membership. Not a group call where you are one of fifty people. This is a private, structured, deeply personal practice — built around your life, your mind, and where you actually are right now.

The 30-Minute Conversation

Before anything begins, we talk. Thirty minutes. You tell me where you are, what you have tried, what is not working, and what you are actually looking for. I tell you whether I think I can help. If the answer is yes, we begin. If not, I will tell you that too. There is no sales pitch. This only works if it is right for both of us.

Book the Conversation

The Structure

Three sessions per week, 35 to 40 minutes each. Ten minutes of teaching drawn from the deepest traditions. Twenty minutes of guided live meditation — not a recording, not a script. Five to ten minutes of debrief. Between sessions: twenty minutes of daily independent practice, with accountability built in.

What Changes

The first thing people notice is sleep. Then reactivity — the gap between what happens and how they respond. Then something harder to name: a quality of presence in ordinary moments that was not there before. The deeper work takes longer. But it compounds, like everything worth doing.

Who This Is For

Successful people who have run out of external problems to solve. People who have tried meditation before and found it did not stick. People who are skeptical of spirituality but suspect there is something in it. People who want results, not rituals.

Who This Is Not For

People looking for candles and chanting. People who want to be told what they want to hear. People who will not show up consistently. The practice requires your actual presence — not your good intentions.

A curated path
through 100+ books

Alongside the practice, a small selection of books that have had a genuinely transformative impact will be shared. Not a reading list. A curated sequence, timed to where you are in the practice. Osho, Krishnamurti, Kazantzakis, and others — the ones that actually change something.
